Online Palmpilot TradeUp

I just traded up my used Palm III for a new Palm V at a site called Usedpalmpilots.com. It's pretty cool since they shipped me my new Palm V and let me keep the III until I received the V. Personally, I can't be without a unit for 7 days, so they have a two-step trade-up program that allows this. You can also sell or buy a used Palmpilot at the site, but I like the tradeup concept. This seems like a good deal. They offer some great prices if you want to trade in your old Palm. Has anyone bought one from the site? Post your thoughts on this buying and selling format, do you see any advantages to this site over ebay.com? -@tomic212

Old Pilots never die, they just...

This is one of the reasons why I'm glad to have a Palm:

It's a good investment, it's worth every cent I've paid for it.

But even when I move on to a newer version, there are still plenty of people interested to get their hands on my ancient Pilot.

I mean, compare that to old WinCE hardware... oh man!

You have to be careful. To trade a Pro for a III you only save $10 with a trade. If you are missing any of the items it costs more!

Yes, I bought one 4 weeks ago. It was great. I traded in my Palm III for a V and never was without a palm. Ebay is always that stranger to stranger transaction and you never know if you are going to get the product etc...
These guys appear to be very legititmate and offer a money back guarantee. Soemthing you can't get on Ebay.
I'd recommend them
