More CNET Color Palm Rumors

News.com is reporting that the licensee that Palm is reporting will be coming out with a color Palm might be none other than Palm itself and in internal memos, Palm's own hardware division has been referred to as a licensee. The article goes on further to speculate that the reason Palm hasn't said that they are going to be the ones with the color Palm is because of their upcoming IPO.
