As seen in this PCWorld article, Palm Computing slashed prices on their existing line of handhelds. The Palm IIIe drops from $179 to $149, The IIIx $299 to $229, The V is down to $329, the Vx is down to $399 from $449 and the VII is also down $50 to $449. They attribute the price drops to new competition and a broader market, but we all know when Palm drops prices something new is headed our way...

I beleive its an error IIIx has 4MB Vx has 8MB
