IBM puts voice on Palm

Do you feel like talking to your PDA sometimes? With IBM's new embedded speech technology you may very well be talking to your PDA and even your car soon. PCWorld has an article on IBM's prototype Embedded ViaVoice software. In the demonstration, billed as only a technology demo, an IBM official made numerous voice-command and control calls to a Palm III, which responded by verifying appointments, and taking short messages.
