HP Deal Expected to Close July 1st

HP Palm Palm stockholders have approved the "Agreement and Plan of Merger" with HP. The vote is one of the final steps on the road to mergerland. HP's $1.2 billion dollar buyout of Palm is now expected to be complete this Thursday, July 1st.
