QuickLink pen Palm beaming now available
The Palm OS compatibility portion of the WizCom QuickLink Pen is now available to download. The upgrade enables beaming of text from the Pen to a Palm, Visor, Nokia 9110 Communicator and other IrDA enabled computers. Mike Cane who brought us the preview of the QLink pen will be working on the full review. He also recommends that you make sure you have a fresh set of batteries in the pen before performing the update.

RE: incredible
RE: incredible blunder
if I beam something UPPER CASE it results in UPPER CASE in the Palm.
I checked the beam by scanning a lower case address and sure enough the address that was beamed is lower cased.
I stand corrected, thanks again Mike.
Hey where's that review?!?!
write one soon or i will :-)
cheers

incredible
This greatly increases the functionality of the pen.
Speed is excellent for short and 1-page text.
Slight problem viewing a long note on the 1.51 desktop,
but on the palm side it works like a charm.
FYI
all beamed info seems to appear as upper case.
not to be greedy but now I await digital ink (scan pictures without OCR)
life is good
thank you!!!
