Salling Software today announced the immediate availability of both Windows and Mac versions of Salling Clicker 3.0, a major update to its award-winning remote control software tool. Salling Clicker offers the ability to control popular applications from mobile phones or handheld computers through a user interface similar to that on a portable media player.
While listening to music in iTunes, the latest version of Clicker allows you to see where you are at in a song, or what song is currently playing. You can also search your music library and manage playlists. The application can also display album artwork and ratings for the current track. There is also iPhoto integration, with picture slide show functionality, lets you search your iPhoto library by date or description, even giving you a chance to preview pictures before showing them on the LCD-projector. Using the same technology, slide notes in PowerPoint can be presented on the display of your handheld. Salling Clicker 3.0 is available now through Salling Software's web site at a price of $23.95 USD per user license. Windows and Mac licenses are sold separately. Upgrades from previous Mac versions are free. Salling Clicker is compatible with many mobile phones, Palm OS handheld computers, and requires WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity hardware (Widcomm's and Microsoft's SP2 Bluetooth stacks are supported on Windows). Mac OS X 10.3.9 and Windows XP SP1 or greater are supported.

The article and headline call the software both "Sailing" and "Salling" Clicker. I think it's the latter, but the name of the company has confused me just the same.
