 GoAmerica & PalmOS
Stephen Pfeiffer @ 5/16/2000 2:38:55 PM #

I am sure that the encryption of their wireless service will only be for CE devices and PCs. GoAmerica's support of PalmOS devices is very poor. Their GoMail application is a nightmare. It will eventually degrade itself until you are no longer able to send messages larger than 300b. Their answer to this is that the network is causing the problem. I asked them why, if I remove their software, then reinstall it, does it work fine for another week or so? Their reply, network. Try moving to a different location. It is not a network problem. It is a software problem.
