A long-awaited fix for Treo owners who use Pocket Tunes and Pocket Tunes Deluxe is now available. Hot on the heels of last week's release of Pocket Tunes 3.1.7, Normsoft has quietly released version 3.1.8 to address some issues with Palm devices utilizing PXA25x CPUs. The major attraction of the new update is a serious improvement in the skipping audio on the Treo 700p. Initial testing on my Treo 700p shows that the skips are still present but considerably improved over previous versions. There are additional minor bugfixes on other Palm devices.
Pocket Tunes Basic is available for purchase for $14.95 or $34.95 for the Deluxe edition.
