I just tried it out -- the portal autodetects the Treo you're using, so only those that have Windows Mobile or support the Kinoma embedded player (the 700p for now) see the audio section. I was able to stream a podcast directly off the web or download it to my SD card for playback. Pocket Tunes Pro isn't integrated into this -- the bundled version doesn't support streaming playback, even though you can use it for that once registered.
It was a pretty nice experience -- with the EVDO network, I was able to call my 700p Treo while the podcast was playing and have the call come through, so I'm not worried about missing calls while using it. (BTW, I'm speaking for myself here, not Palm... I didn't know about this until I saw it here at PIC.)
