Outlook 2007 Update for Palm OS Devices

Vista Outlook 2007Palm has released an update for Outlook 2007. The update adds Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 support on Windows XP and Windows Vista with Palm OS deivces. It covers HotSync operations with Outlook's Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes, as well as optional non-wireless Email sync.

The update is installed on your desktop computer and apparently covers all Palm OS devices, including the original Pilot. The Windows Mobile Treo 750 and Treo 700wx/w do not need the update.

Palm has also recently updated their Windows Vista support page. It now includes some additional details regarding compatibility of certain devices, software and functions on Vista systems.

Thanks to WyreNut for the tip.

Works great. Finished installing shortly after I responded here, and have synced my TX a number of times today. The only problem is the version of Documents to Go that came with my TX doesn't work. Their website states an update is coming in 2007. I disabled it in hotsync manager for now. I only use the viewer in my TX to read documents once in a blue moon.
