Landware Wine Enthusiast Updated for 2007
Thursday, April 12, 2007 10:14:45 AM
Non-teetotaler Palm OS users will be delighted to see the longtime favorite app from Landware, Wine Enthusiast, has been revised for 2007. The film buff's equivalent of Wine Enthusiast is Leonard Maltin's movie guide, which I reviewed last year.
This new 2007 version 2.2 of Wine Enthusiast improves on 2006's 2.0 version with the following improvements and updates:
- Support for Wine Guide 2007 data
- Now includes over 37,000 wines and reviews (3,000 more than last year)
- Vintage Chart has been updated and now includes 2004 vintages
- Miscellaneous reliability enhancements
A complete list of new features and improvements can be found on the product page. Wine Enthusiast 2007 is available by download direct from Landware or Astraware for $19.95. It is also available for Windows Mobile.
