AvantGo Files for IPO

AvantGo, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of shares of its common stock. Very few details were given. They didn't say anything about a date, the number of stocks to be sold, or the selling price.
