The press release doesn't tell us much... except it sure entices, doesn't it? :-) I can't wait to find out WHAT is coming.

I read of another prorammer who spent a lot of energy creating a Game Boy emulator only to thow his (completed) hard-work away when Nintendo lawyers threatened to sue him into the poor-house if he dared to release it! Really, I hope this emulator IS released -- first, because it is a "natural" Palm application, and second, it would serve Nintendo's "heavey-handedness" right to hav thi competition. Incidentally, my 8 year old son likes my Palm as much as his Game Boy (which I let him play reluctantly). IMHO, the Palm is better for him (developmentally) than the GB -- I can't wait to "wean" him away from it, and a way to play the (realatively few) non-violent GB titles will speed this process! Ahh... but Conenctix plays the Sony games in their original format (CD)... are we going to plug GB carts into our Palms? RE: Lawyer Bait!!!
the HandSpring version (Visor) has a slot which could accommodate games, and I think there was even talk of it coming with a gameboy emu. This is the same Program
The guy you are referred to who (Threw his hard work away) is the same guy who's releasing this emulator. He just changed the name. and as far as the Sony/Connectix Case, Sony filed suit again the next day after withdrawing for some sort of leverage tactic.
