Metrowerks has updated their popular Palm OS programming tool. The new version 9.3 uncludes a number of updated tools and utilities for developers.
You must first have version 9.2 of the tools to apply the update. The 9.3 update is a 8.4MB windows download. You can download it here. This update includes:
