Why is it taking so long? RE: Everywhere but Australia!
Colombia gets it before Verizon customers? Eh, okay... (Why do some people say you can kill two birds with one stone when it's hard enough killing one bird with two stones?) RE: Everywhere but Australia!
Not that much of a stretch for Verizon to be late to the party. Verizon never even HAD the original Treo 180 or 300 models and has historically never been a big Palm OS supporter (aside from the classic Kyocera 7135). They were late getting the Treo 600 as well as the 650. VZW finally was ahead of the curve with the 700w but then they were late to get the improved 700wx. The 700p had a simultaneous launch on both Verzon & Sprint. But then Verizon was back to their old tricks when the 755p was available everywhere (Alltel, Telus) before Verizon finally got onboard with it.
If we ever do see a Verizon Centro at all, it'll probably not be until later this summer.
