Right on the heels of the Show Off update comes an update Hobbyist Software's Phone Technician. This handy app, one of my favorite Treo utilities of all time, is now up to version 2.97. See my review here. This new version primarily adds Centro support as well as incorporating Hobbyist's new registration system. Also added is ability to turn the screen off with the Alt key as well as the option key. Other minor bugfixes and tweaks are also present in this new version. Fortunately for Centro users, the need for Phone Technician's volume boost is mitigated due to the Centro's excellent earpiece and speakerphone volume, per Ryan's Centro review.
In other Hobbyist Software news, Power Hero has been updated to version 1.10.
