Dreadling released

The much anticipated 1st person shooter game, Dreadling, has been released. There is a shareware demo to try out and the full version comes with a level editor for $19.98. It incorporates a 3D ray casting engine which can perform 4 level grayscale texture mapping and doors. To all Doom fans:
It's here! Dreadling is a cool 3D game which runs on the PalmOS. After a couple delays it has made it to the Net for download. After trying it I found it quite interesting. The speed is very good, and the graphics are great (for palm). Look it's not going to beat a TNT2, or other PC 3D graphics cards, but hey I can take this on a plane, to a meeting, or into class. That is cool!! My hat goes off to the developers. The entire zipfile with some docs and screen shots, is less than 70k, uncompressed the PRC is less than 80k for the shareware. At 19.98, I'm seeing this as a must buy.

The long-awaited Palm OS 3d action game "DREADling" (Formerly DOOMling) has been released! The full version is $20 and can be found at www.palmgear.com or www.dreadling.com. There is also a level editor (EDling) and a resource compiler (DRC) at dreadling.com. There is a shareware version available.
