Erwin Kindangen sent in this report, "I just bought the new color Clie at San Francisco's Circuit City (the one on Van Ness) for $475. Last week the price was $500 at the same store. In addition, they gave a $30 rebate. The total savings come out to be around $55.:
Margi Systems, makers of the Presenter-to-Go Springboard, has released Win2000 and Mac OS drivers in addition to Mirror, a small app that allows users to project the Visor's screen while in any application. -Ed

I have been using the Margi Presenter to Go for a while now and can't say enough good things about it. It works great. The images from the *.ppt slides look crisp. I really do recommend it.

Call Crutchfield @ 800-955-3000. You could go to Crutchfileld.com but the new Clie is not yet posted on their web site. But the have already in stock. They don't charge you taxes but a considerable shipping charge. For $500 it would be $13.95. Just not bad for 2 days shipping.
This is a must-have system

I used this thing for two months and love it. The Mirror appliet was not out then, I'll love to check it out too. Check out my review at http://www.palmloyal.com/reviews.php?op=showcontent&id=4
sony
I saw the new sony in a DC best buy last week. Maybe it was just me or the unit on display but the color appeared similar to the new palm 505 (I could not see it). The big turnoff(besides the price) however, was the scroll buttons. They are flush mounted and very difficult to use. It is pretty though!. I came back to Dallas and bought a handera 330. No it does not have" color" but it's display is superb & no handheld has as many features in one unit. Besides, color is for games and kids.

I agree, the buttons are tiny and position awkwardly. Other than that it is a cool device.
