Has anyone actually seen a picture of this item? Each time I have found this item for sale, there hasn't been any pictures available.

That's not the Clie model. Does anyone have a picture of the model which works with the Clie? Is it practically the same thing?

No, the CLIE model is *very* different. I tried one with the S320 at RCS two weeks ago. It's designed for the N series curvy bottom, so the connection to my S320 was scary.

I don't know why people can't find this. Come to NYC and buy it at RCS! (Hmmmm... they have a website -- http://www.rcseshop.com )

Oh, yeah, you do know that this attaches solely to the *bottom* of a CLIE? It does not cover the app buttons and Graffiti area like other clip-ons. This makes the entire contraption quite tall!

This is weird! I can't find it on RCS's site even with a search of "Targus"! They do, however, have them in the store.

And also weird is that Targus's own site doesn't have a picture or mention I can find...

-- that's a link to J&R. No picture, though.

CompUSA and BestBuy come up empty. Strange.

Sony??

I can't even find a reference to a thumpad for the Sony Clie on Targus' website. And there is no picture or availability at the Buy.com site.

Are we sure this exists?

Hell, it exists! I tried one out! It's all over the shelves at RCS in NYC! I can't explain why it seems so hard to find on the web. That is bizarre.

These ads have been on Palms website since at least May or June. That is when I first saw them. I think these ads ran in late '99 or early 2000. They are at least a year old. They are good, though.

Nice Commercial

That "perfect day" commercial was awesome. I haven't seen it on TV at all yet, so seeing it on the website was my first exposure to it. Very nice.

Ed said that is not the newest one though. What does the newest one look like?

Palm TV ad

Wow! Too bad the first click-on ad wouldn't work in either IE or Netscape.

Oops , I take that back

it actually does work, IF you left-click over the thumbnail graphic and chose "open"
