FilePoint

Perhaps it is best that Bachman Software stick with something they understand, like printing, instead of trying their hand at the ill-fated FilePoint which was a joke on the Palm.

what makes you think FilePoint was ill-fated? I use it religiously. If you want to manage documents on the Palm, especially if you have expansion memory, I can't find anything better. I can print, beam, move documents back and forth between RAM and the card, launch applications, etc., all from within FilePoint.

McFile costs nothing for a while and from file management point of view, FilePoint is in infanthood compare to McFile.

Plus, FilePoint crashes most every time I have tried to use it and McFile is yet to crash one single time.

I use FilePoint on my HandEra and it has crashed once, but I reported it to the company and they sent me a newer version that was better suited to my device. FilePoint just seems more familiar to me...more like what I'm used to in Windows...than McFile. And I can print from it to...some people may not need that feature, but it has been very handy to me.
