If it only had Macintosh Support....

....then I would buy it....but I am cutting down my time with Windows unfortunately......

Intel PXA27X, Motorola's ARM Processor, or Texas Instruments OMAP? Pick one Palm Enthusiasts, the choice should be yours. When handheld makers make you choose the ARM Processor, you win.

It doesn't have to specifically. Bachman's product uses Windows SMB/CIFS file networking. Macintosh supports Windows SMB/CIFS file networking (just turn it on in OS X). Therefore it would be better said that Macintosh supports Bachman's.

Each day brings one less reason to confine one's self to Windows.

Just when I switch to Linux

I guess that is one of the problems with switching to Linux: being behind the curve on products like this.

If the post from cbowers is right (in this same story), then Linux should also be very capable of "supporting Bachman": you only have to install/enable Samba (SMB/CIFS). Possibly your distro already includes it.
