RE: Sounds good
I had an issue with PalmGear sending me the wrong unlock code. They forwarded my inquiry to someone at Mobisystems, and I received a response with the correct code in about 14 hours, which to me is very reasonable. Other than that, I can't comment on the quality of support, as i haven;t had any other issue with the software yet.
RE: Sounds good
The only contact I had was with customer service in regards to the upgrade and they answeed back within the hour - very good.

RE: Sounds good
Dude, this article is not about QuickOffice by Cutting Edge Software. This article is about the Office Suite from Mobile Systems.

RE: Sounds good
They both appear to support native format files now. I haven't actually tried Quick Office or Quick Doc (whatever the names are) and only tried Mobile Office Classic a bit. I am awaiting a full re view of QO or MOP to see if I want to try them and/or buy them.

What would be great is an OS5 pdf reader. It must be extremely difficult to create because people are crying out for one and other than a hacked Clie product there's a resounding silence from the developer community. I need read access to PDFs on my Treo much more often than .docs...
