Nice Product

This sounds like a powerful SDIO app. Although, for the casual Treo/Zire camera equipped bar-coder, the camera based unit may be a little more portable.

Unless the stateside Treo 750 gets an external media change, this among a host of other things will be wasted on it. What a disappointment.

$399?

Seems a little salty. Nice profit margin as it probably costs $3 to produce.

I've been using a symbol palm unit to do liquor inventory with HandBase software for a couple years now. The problem is it's so slow. I'd like to scan with my T|C. $399 is pretty high. $199 would be my purchase point.

Maybe the nice news is that the older ones will come down in price. Looks like it won't work with the stubby antenna of the Treo (thanks, Palm).

$399?

We ordered one of these last week from Mobile Planet, and it cost about $240.

It's arrived, but I haven't had the chance to play with it yet...

One by one, the penguins are stealing my sanity.

looks like you overpaid for the old model, Onestar. That one worked just fine when I tried it last year.
