By ordering now on the PalmUser web site, it's possible to get an extra issue added to your subscription, effectively lowering the cost of the magazine by 16% in one fell swoop.

Proper grammar requires the singular “is” with a singular noun, as in “PalmUser magazine is offering seven issues...”
