PCWEEK put the TRGPro to the test and stacked it up against the Palm IIIX. Priced at only $30 more than the IIIx, they claim the TRG excels due to it's 8 megs and industry standard CompactFlash support.

Does anyone know if the TRG Pro will work with IBM's CF Microdrive?

Hi! Yes, it will. Check out their webpage at www.trgpro.com. They list compatible hardware there (this drive, as well as CF cards and other hardware are listed there). They also have links to reviews, and the IBM microdrive is specifically discussed in a number of reviews. Also check out PalmPower magazine at www.palmpower.com. They have an article this month on the CF slot and what works there, as well as a basic review of the TRGpro in last month's.

I received my TRGpro last week, and it is INCREDIBLE! I have a 24mg CF card, and I love this whole setup. I can't wait until there are more programs which take advantage of the CF slot. I'm so glad I waited to "trade up" from my Palm IIIx!
