Geek.com review of Silkyboard

It is a good product. The number pad demo worked great. The cost is too high wjem graffiti is free. Should have keep the intro price.

Be aware of one thing when buying this product. If you are getting it because the handwriting recognition doesn't seem to be working anymore, this may not work.
Often, the reason handwriting recognition goes down hill is that the screen digitization is no longer as accurate.
I got silkyboard for this reason and it did not help, as the digitizer was very inaccurate in a circular area exactly where I wrote the most. As a result, Silkyboard could not accurately capture taps in this area and was therefor of no help.
Fortunately, Palm replaced my V and I am now quite happy with Silkyboard, although I find I have to recalibrate the digitizer about once a week to keep the accuracy to a satisfactory level.
I get the feeling that Palm is going to have to do something about the long-term durability of the digitizer and screen in order to retain happy heavy duty users.
I'm getting frustrated enough with the screen and digitizer that I am keeping an eye out for alternatives.
