Getting closer to the IPO

We now have an approximate date for the IPO, if you look at the bottom of Palm's company snapshot over at Hoovers, they are expecting Feb. 28. And there's more good news and an analysis of the IPO over at Fortune. The Palm OS is the de facto standard, while Windows CE, is sucking wind. "Palm is going to be one of these IPOs that go out at seemingly silly valuations," predicts analyst Paul Sagawa.
