www.mydocsonline.com launches powerful new solution distributed through Palm Computing’s Palm.Net™ service,

Naples, FL. – February 23, 2000 – My Docs Online, Inc., a leading provider of free Web-based "virtual drive" file storage, today announced a new solution for the Palm VIIÔ handheld computer, the wireless device made by Palm Computing, Inc., a 3Com company (Nasdaq: COMS). My Docs Online now provides Palm VII users with the ability to send important desktop files, stored at My Docs Online, as email attachments from their wireless Palm devices. Currently available through the Palm.Net™ service, the service is being expanded to include additional wireless platforms.

From the desktop, Palm VII handheld users create a "mirror image" of important folders and files on their My Docs Online virtual drive. Users then access their files through the Palm.Net service, select the desired file and send it to recipients as an email attachment.

"Business professionals are becoming increasingly "mobile" — travelling frequently, working from remote offices, or interacting with customers in the field," said Steve Dempsey, CEO of My Docs Online, Inc. "This new addition to our virtual drive technology gives those professionals unprecedented access and control of their critical files while away from their desks. With leading industry analysts projecting 860 million wireless subscribers worldwide by the year 2002, My Docs Online is uniquely positioned to become the leader in connecting mobile professionals with their important files and documents."

To initiate the free service, Palm VII handheld users first establish a free My Docs Online account and replicate their important folders and files on their My Docs Online virtual drive. Users then download the My Docs Online Web clipping application from either www.palm.net or www.mydocsonline.com. The new My Docs Online service accessible through the Palm VII handheld works with all Palm ComputingŇ platform compatible email clients.
